Refund policy

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are considered final once the digital content has been accessed or downloaded.

For EU Consumers:
Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, consumers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases. However, there is a specific exception for digital content.
By completing your purchase and initiating the download of the digital product, you provide your prior express consent to begin the delivery of the content and acknowledge that you thereby lose your 14-day right of withdrawal.

No Refunds After Download:
Once you have downloaded the product, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations. We stand behind our products and your satisfaction with them is important to us. If you experience any technical issues with the file (e.g., corrupted file or missing assets), please contact us at support@uimother.com, and we will gladly assist you or provide a replacement file.

If you have made a purchase but have not yet downloaded the files, you may request a cancellation and full refund within 14 days of purchase.
